Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience applying AI tools to solve business, operational, academic, or technical problems.
• Experience designing, testing, or refining prompts for generative AI platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, LangFlow, or similar.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts is preferred.
• Experience with AI agents, chatbots, or conversational AI solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather requirements.
• Design, test, refine, and document prompts and prompt workflows for LLM platforms.
• Develop and support AI-enabled workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Support demonstrations, training sessions, and user adoption activities.
• Use approved AI platforms for research, summarization, reporting, analysis, and decision-support content.
• Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and reliability.
• Research emerging AI capabilities and identify practical use cases.
• Support rapid prototyping, testing, and implementation of AI solutions.
• Document AI use cases, workflows, findings, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with technical teams on deployment and integration efforts.
• Identify opportunities for advanced AI and coordinate with technical teams.
