Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience applying AI tools to solve business, operational, academic, or technical problems.
Experience designing, testing, or refining prompts for generative AI platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into practical solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, LangFlow, or similar.
Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts is preferred.
Experience with AI agents, chatbots, or conversational AI solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather requirements.
Design, test, refine, and document prompts and prompt workflows for LLM platforms.
Develop and support AI-enabled workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Support demonstrations, training sessions, and user adoption activities.
Use approved AI platforms for research, summarization, reporting, analysis, and decision-support content.
Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and reliability.
Research emerging AI capabilities and identify practical use cases.
Support rapid prototyping, testing, and implementation of AI solutions.
Document AI use cases, workflows, findings, and recommendations.
Collaborate with technical teams on deployment and integration efforts.
Identify opportunities for advanced AI and coordinate with technical teams.

Job description

Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, identify operational pain points, and evaluate opportunities for AI adoption
Design, test, refine, and document reusable prompts and prompt workflows for approved large language model platforms
Develop and support AI-enabled workflows that improve operational efficiency and automate manual processes
Support demonstrations, training sessions, and user adoption activities
Use approved AI platforms for research, summarization, reporting, analysis, and decision-support content
Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, reliability, and mission alignment
Research emerging AI capabilities and identify practical mission-supporting use cases
Support rapid prototyping, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI solutions
Document AI use cases, workflows, findings, lessons learned, and recommendations
Collaborate with technical teams on deployment and integration efforts
Identify opportunities for advanced AI, automation, RAG, and agentic AI solutions and coordinate with technical teams

Requirements

Preferred: Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, LangFlow, or similar platforms

Preferred: Exposure to APIs, scripting, software development, or low-code/no-code platforms
Preferred: Experience identifying, documenting, or improving business processes
