Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated intern to assist in designing and deploying AI prompts for Project Management workstreams. You will collaborate with global teams to map processes, develop prompt frameworks, and test outputs for accuracy and alignment with business goals.

The role involves documenting libraries and SOPs, supporting KPI tracking for the AI Big Swing initiative, and contributing ideas for ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• Must be available for a minimum of 6 months.
• Must have valid work authorization for the country of employment.
• Strong interest in digital transformation and process optimization.
• AI early adopter with proven examples of usage of AI technology.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field
• Must be available for a minimum of 6 months

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details

• Ability to work independently and in global, cross-functional teams
• Experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or process automation platforms
• Familiarity with Project Management execution processes
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
