Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is an entrepreneurial drinks company based in Vancouver, seeking a Junior AI-Enabled Developer. You will work in an agile team turning requirements into working, tested solutions using AI tools like Kiro to expedite delivery.

You’ll gather requirements, build features, and own code quality alongside analysts and users. We offer a competitive compensation range, a total rewards program, and a hybrid in-office work setup at our Vancouver location, with four days on-site per week

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• AI-enabled development tools experience with Kiro.
• Foundational software development skills in at least one language/framework.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated output for quality and correctness.
• Curiosity and commitment to emerging AI capabilities and practices.
• Growth-oriented mindset and desire to develop as a general-purpose developer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver features and bug fixes AI-first, at an AI-enabled pace.
• Share AI workflow techniques with the team.
• Champion AI adoption and demonstrate what's possible.
