Qualifications

• 3+ years in data/analytics or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL and Python for analysis, validation, scripting, and automation.
• Experience with cloud analytics platforms (AWS Athena, BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift).
• Ability to break vague questions into clear steps and tie results to product decisions.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for SQL or Python development and automation.
• Genuine interest in games and live-service products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze player behavior and product changes across onboarding, retention, monetization, progression, LiveOps, and economy health.
• Run funnel, cohort, and segmentation deep-dives to surface friction and spending patterns.
• Build, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines on an AWS-based stack, writing cost- and performance-aware SQL.
• QA telemetry and pipelines; flag tracking issues and define tracking before launches.
• Support end-to-end A/B test design, success metrics, and post-experiment analysis.
• Use AI tools to accelerate SQL/Python work and automate workflows.
