Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python development.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python development skills
• Hands‑on experience building AI‑powered applications using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks
• Experience developing applications utilizing LLMs and Generative AI technologies
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, integrations, or application development
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or similar enterprise AI platforms
• Experience deploying and managing containerized applications using Kubernetes or OpenShift
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, APIs, microservices, and cloud‑native development
• Experience working within Agile software development teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
• Experience building multi‑agent AI systems (preferred)
• Experience implementing RAG architectures and vector database solutions (preferred)
• Familiarity with AI observability platforms such as Arize, LangSmith, Langfuse, or Datadog (preferred)
• Experience deploying or hosting open‑source LLMs using vLLM or similar inference frameworks (preferred)
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and AI application evaluation methodologies (preferred)
• Experience building enterprise‑scale AI applications in regulated industries (preferred)
• Exposure to cloud‑native architectures, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
