Qualifications

• The Jr. Commercial Quality Control & AI Automation Associate is an entry-level member of the Commercial Quality Control (CQC) team.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned first-line QC reviews against established program checklists and criteria, recording outcomes and observations in the applicable system of record.
• Support business process analysis on assigned commercial lending review programs, documenting current-state steps, inputs, and decision points to inform automation and AI-augmentation design.
• Assist in building, testing, and validating automated and AI-assisted review workflows using approved tooling (Claude, Claude Skills, Claude Code, n8n) under the direction of senior CQC associates.
• Help translate manual review checklists and program criteria into structured, reproducible review logic, preserving the observation criteria defined at the program level.
• Validate automated and AI-assisted workflows against representative sample cases before they go live, and document validation results.
