Axos Bank is seeking a QA Automation Manager to lead the QA strategy, operating model, and delivery for both manual and automated testing across multiple layers. The role focuses on AI-enabled quality engineering, resilience, and accelerated delivery within regulated environments.

You will partner with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and business stakeholders to embed quality into modern CI/CD practices, drive continuous improvement, and promote best practices across the QA organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years in Quality Assurance and team leadership.
• Strong SDLC and testing methodologies knowledge, including automation and CI/CD integration.
• Hands-on test automation for web, mobile, APIs, and test data.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute QA strategy to expand AI, automation and testing frameworks.
• Develop executable QA roadmap with milestones and metrics.
• Drive AI-assisted test generation and resilient automation to reduce maintenance.
• Establish quality gates, monitoring, and feedback loops across teams.
• Embed quality into CI/CD pipelines and enforce release standards.
• Lead end-to-end testing across functional, performance, regression, and API layers.
• Oversee defect management, root-cause analysis, and preventative improvements.
• Present quality insights and risks to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with product/business teams to reflect customer feedback in quality.
