Responsibilities include maintaining Selenium-based automation, applying AI-driven test design, and collaborating with developers, product owners, and designers to protect the customer experience at scale.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of software quality engineering or test automation experience.
• Experience in an Ecommerce environment.
• Hands-on experience applying AI-assisted testing tools or techniques.
• Experience with Selenium.
• Strong understanding of functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for web apps.
• Ability to analyze defects and communicate quality risks.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple scrum teams in SAFe.
• Excellent communication and proactive quality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute, maintain, and improve automated test suites in Selenium-based framework.
• Apply AI-assisted testing techniques to improve test design and risk areas.
• Translate business requirements into maintainable test scenarios reflecting customer behavior.
• Validate omni-channel workflows across eCommerce and in-store systems.
• Analyze defects and contribute to release readiness decisions.
• Participate in SAFe ceremonies and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with ~15 scrum teams to ensure coverage and quality practices.
• Serve as an AI testing advocate evaluating tools and techniques.
