Job summary

Mindtel is seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to design and maintain AI-driven end-to-end test suites for our AI-enhanced e-commerce platforms. You will integrate visual regression, self-healing selectors, and anomaly detection into CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with DevOps to ensure quality gates.

The role emphasizes cross-browser testing on cloud grids, dashboards for release confidence, and optimizing test coverage with Page Object Model.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Playwright experience.
• Solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills for test automation.
• Experience with AI-driven test automation and regression testing.
• CI/CD integration knowledge, with GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Familiarity with visual regression testing and test data AI.
• Experience with BrowserStack or similar cloud grids.
• Knowledge of Allure reports and Page Object Model design.
• Exposure to Selenium Grid and Shopify/BigCommerce QA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven test automation suites for e-commerce workflows.
• Integrate AI-powered visual regression and self-healing selectors into CI pipelines.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven test automation suites using Playwright for end-to-end e-commerce workflows (cart, checkout, payments, PDP).


• Integrate AI-powered visual regression, self-healing selectors, and anomaly detection into test pipelines to reduce flakiness and false positives.


• Collaborate with DevOps and Product teams to embed automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions or Jenkins.


• Execute cross-browser, cross-device, and performance tests on cloud grids (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs) for global e-commerce readiness.


• Generate actionable quality metrics and dashboards using Allure or Azure DevOps to drive release confidence and defect prediction.


• Continuously optimize test coverage and execution speed using parallelization and Page Object Model design patterns.
