Qualifications

• Basic understanding of programming and/or database concepts, including SQL fundamentals.
• Interest in learning AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Snowflake.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and work under supervision.
• Good communication skills, especially with technical peers.
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to ask questions.

Responsibilities

• Use AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, Snowflake) to support coding and database tasks.
• Assist with writing, testing, and troubleshooting queries and scripts under guidance from senior team members.
• Support development and maintenance of data structures, pipelines, and database objects surrounding the application.
• Collaborate with data analysts to understand data needs and support requests.
• Help document technical processes, code changes, and data workflows.
• Assist in testing and validating data outputs for accuracy and quality.
• Learn and apply best practices for AI-assisted software and database development.
• Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Take direction from senior developers/analysts and escalate issues as needed.
