Job summary

Motorola Solutions is hiring a Software Engineer to join the AI Agent Platform team behind Hyper’s emergency response products. You’ll work across real-time AI pipelines, telephony, backend infra, and product surfaces, shaping architecture and features for reliable, secure AI-powered 911 workflows.

You’ll build low-latency audio processing, integrate speech models, and advance AI tooling while maintaining high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, AI pipelines, or evals is valued.
• Familiarity with cloud infra and modern deployment tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build real-time voice AI features for emergency workflows.
• Design and operate LLM-powered systems for 911 telecommunicators.
• Own features across backend, AI pipelines, and frontends.
• Work on low-latency audio processing and telephony integrations.
• Contribute to tests, observability, and security from day one.
