Job summary

Unitedplacementgroup is hiring a Junior AI Developer to build Claude-powered AI agents and integrate them with Python back-ends and third-party APIs. You will collaborate with senior engineers and own small features from prototype to production in an in-house, on-site role.

You’ll work closely with designers to turn ideas into AI-powered tools. The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and practical applied AI work in a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of programming experience with solid Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with large language models (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
• Familiarity with calling web APIs (REST/JSON) and handling JSON in Python.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Claude-powered workflows and agents using Python.
• Call LLM APIs (Claude and others), parse responses, and integrate into internal tools or web apps.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to connect agents to external tools, REST APIs, databases, and services.
• Assist in prompt design and iteration to improve reliability and output quality.
• Help build context-augmented/RAG-style workflows.
• Write clean Python code with basic tests, logging, and error handling.
• Work with designers and non-technical stakeholders to turn ideas into AI-powered features.
