Qualifications

• 2+ years building AI agents or internal tools with Claude.
• Hands-on experience shipping production code interacting with Claude.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and API integration.

Responsibilities

• Embed with a business function to scope a build.
• Design, write, test, and deploy Claude-powered agents and tools.
• Make reliable engineering decisions in production.
• Define baselines and metrics to prove impact.
