Job summary

CSA Group is seeking a motivated professional to design, build, and implement AI agents, copilots, and workflow automation solutions in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes translating business needs into structured AI tools and ensuring governance, validation, and scalability.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in CS or related field and 1–3 years’ experience in technology or automation, with strong communication across teams and familiarity with Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1–3 years in technology, automation, analytics, or application support (or equivalent projects).
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and enterprise technologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured solutions and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 tools.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI agents/chatbots, or workflow automation.
• Basic understanding of APIs, data structures, and system integrations.
• Experience with process improvement or business solution implementation.
• Awareness of AI governance and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities
