• 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in retail/consumer goods or eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of accounting flows between POS, eCommerce platforms, payment processors, and ERP systems.
• Experience with high-volume account reconciliations and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close.
• Perform detailed reconciliations across banking, retail, and eCommerce channels.
• Manage cash and bank reconciliations for US and Canada.
• Investigate discrepancies in data flows between Shopify, POS, payment processors, and ERP.
• Support audits, ERP enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives.
