Thrivas, a Florida-based maintenance company, seeks an Accounting Clerk for a full-time, Monday–Friday role in Winter Park. The position offers training by the owner to learn simple accounting operations and eventually take over all bookkeeping duties for the company.

Qualifications

• BA in Accounting and Finance or 1 year of accounting experience.
• Strong willingness to learn under owner supervision.

Responsabilités

• Handle basic accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks.
• Prepare invoices and track past due payments.
• Pay bills and balance general ledger.
• Balance the general ledger and prepare a P&L statement.
• Assist with payroll for ~20 employees and contract workers.
