True Oil LLC in Casper, Wyoming is seeking a full-time, on-site accounting professional to join our growing team supporting Eighty-Eight Oil LLC. You will perform account reconciliations, prepare routine reports, verify controls, and collaborate with operations and shared services to solve issues and ensure timely closes.

With an associate degree in accounting and 0–2 years of experience, you will thrive in a hands-on environment that values accuracy, reliability, and clear professional

Qualifications

• An associate’s degree in accounting and 0–2 years of experience in an accounting environment; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Basic accounting knowledge; debits and credits.
• Basic fixed assets understanding.
• Ability to read professional documents (invoices, various financial statements, emails).
• Ability to correspond in an informative and professional manner.
• Ability to calculate financial amounts and indicators.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to our sister company Eighty-Eight Oil LLC.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Performstransactional accounting entries.
• Prepare routine reports i.e. sales tax.
• Verify that controls and processes have been followed.
• Ensure all entries are adequately supported, as per procedures.
• Work with operations, other shared services, and other stakeholders to problem solve.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual close processes to ensure all relevant data has been captured in appropriate time period.
• Participate in other projects assigned.
