True Oil LLC in Casper, Wyoming is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role. The position oversees AR activities, supports sister companies, and ensures accurate financial reporting across multiple accounting systems.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree in accounting with 4+ years of accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• An associate’s degree in accounting and four (4) or more years of accounting experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Complete understanding of accounting principles.
• Attention to detail with the ability to verify accuracy in one’s own work.
• Ability to work in a team environment while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read basic business documents and correspond professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and handle multiple activities while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to recognize training opportunities for direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to sister companies: Black Hills Trucking LLC & True Pipe and Supply.
• Review reports and schedules for accuracy across multiple accounting systems.
• Verify controls and processes have been followed.
• Supervise and direct work of subordinates.
• Review and approve direct reports’ work (vouchers, schedules).
• Reconcile accounts and identify issues in area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with operations and accounting to resolve problems.
• Communicate with external customers and negotiate when needed.
• File federal and state reports related to areas of responsibility.
• Prepare corrections and accruals and ensure timely closing.
