Job summary

Atrium, a nonprofit serving the Princeton community, seeks a Junior Accountant to join their team. You will support day-to-day accounting operations and assist the Controller with core functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing general accounting transactions and Accounts Payable, keeping accurate records in Blackbaud, and collaborating with finance leadership. Required: basic accounting knowledge and AP experience; Bachelor's in Accounting preferred, Associate’s

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Accounts Payable experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support general accounting processes and day-to-day transactions.
• Assist with Accounts Payable activities.
• Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Work within Blackbaud.
• Partner with the Controller and finance leadership as assigned.
