Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of accounting experience.
• Understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
• Familiarity with debits, credits, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Excel and Office tools.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and post routine journal entries under supervision.
• Perform account and bank reconciliations and research discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with financial reporting and analyses.
• Track expenses and accruals; enter data in ERP systems.
• Assist with audit requests and provide documentation as needed.
