Qualifications

0 to 2 years of relevant experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
Working understanding of basic accounting principles (AP, AR, invoice reconciliation).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable with learning an ERP system (Deacom a plus).
Excellent written and oral communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day flow of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Record payments, prepare payment runs, and maintain vendor accounts.
Generate and issue customer invoices; apply incoming payments and monitor balances.
Reconcile accounts, assist with month-end close, and support audits.
