Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, math, or related field.
Proficient in Excel with Vlookups and pivot tables.
Familiar with QuickBooks, SAP, and Mass.
Familiar with Deacom software preferred.
Knowledge of GAAP required.

Responsibilities

Maintain ledger and record financial transactions.
Oversee bank reconciliations and balance records.
Update vendor information.
Prepare monthly journal entries and verify invoices and purchase orders.
Assist in financial reporting and analysis of budgets, debts, expenditures and revenue.
Ensure procedures are followed and perform asset audits.
Assist accounts payable with daily entries and approvals.
Forecast revenue and expenses via trend analyses.
