Rosen's Diversified, Inc. is seeking an Accountant in a full-time, in-person role.

The position supports a multi-subsidiary finance department, focusing on maintaining financial accuracy during monthly close processes and improving efficiency across operations. Responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable entries, intercompany reconciliations, and general ledger input with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and policy compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Up to two years of accounting experience in AP/AR or related roles desired.
• Strong organizational, time management, and independent work skills.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee entry of invoices into the ERP system and ensure timely generation of payment types (checks, ACH, wires, intercompany transfers).
• Verify transactions comply with financial policies and prevent unauthorized payments.
• Perform routine account reconciliations with emphasis on intercompany activity.
• Prepare entries to the general ledger and support special financial reports for management.
