Rosewood Family of Companies is seeking a Junior Staff Accountant to gain hands-on experience across the full accounting cycle, supporting multiple entities within a growing portfolio. You will work closely with assistan t controllers and other accounting staff in a fast-paced, multi-company environment where no two days look the same.

Formación

• Hands-on accounting across the full cycle including AP, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Experience supporting multi-entity portfolios and audits is a plus.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and assist in month-end close.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices and day-to-day accounts payable for multiple companies.
• Reconcile credit card accounts and manage employee expense reporting.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support cash flow reporting.
• Assist with job cost reporting and month-end close.
• Create and manage vendor profiles and serve as vendor contact.
• Support external annual audits and other special projects.
