The ideal candidate has foundational accounting knowledge, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel, with a readiness to learn and grow within a collaborative, growth-oriented company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong math, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clean background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Create customer invoices, code correctly, and post payments for multiple entities and vendors.
• Research and resolve issues; maintain relationships with vendors.
• Monitor and audit accounts; provide status and activity reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• This is not a "Collections" role.
