The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or is pursuing an accredited program, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and excels in Excel and QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or currently enrolled in an accredited program).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks (or other accounting software).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Conduct basic audits of financial records.
• Assist with tax preparation and filing.
• Communicate with clients regarding their financial information.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
