Qualifications

• Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull monthly reports and review data.
• Scanning.
• Assist Accounting Department with creating monthly invoices.
• Data entry in accounting software.
• Enter monthly journal entries.
• Assist with Front Desk coverage, as needed.
• Follow our Company’s standard accounting processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
