Job summary

Anderson Copper and Brass Company LLC d/b/a Anderson Fittings in Frankfort, IL seeks a Staff Accountant to manage AR and AP, ensuring accurate invoicing, payments, and month-end reporting. You will maintain records, reconcile statements, and support ongoing cash flow forecasting.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance with 2+ years AR/AP experience, strong detail orientation, and familiarity with legacy ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR and AP functions with accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Support monthly financial reporting and close activities.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Process vendor invoices, approvals, payments, and documentation.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice issues and improve processes.
