Qualifications

• Proficiency with accounting software and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head bookkeeper with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure entries are up to date.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense tracking.
• Reconcile accounts and flag discrepancies for review.
• Assist with financial reporting and documentation as needed.
