Job summary

V2X is seeking an Accountant to support the month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and cost accounting for our government-focused contracts. You will ensure accurate journal entries, perform allocations, and help maintain strong cash flows in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in accounting, 0–3 years of experience, and strong US GAAP knowledge. U.S. citizenship is required, with opportunities to contribute to internal controls and compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 0-3 years' related experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounting of costs for the Corporation and support month-end close processes.
• Prepare and reconcile general ledger balances and journal entries.
• Generate allocations and provide data for audits and compliance.
• Support internal control evaluations and respond to system enhancement requests.
