Construction Partners Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join the Corporate Accounting team in Raleigh. This role supports monthly close activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, and other accounting functions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years accounting experience preferred, recent grads encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of GAAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office apps.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities including reconciliations and consolidation.
• Support corporate overhead analysis, budget-to-actual reporting, and variance investigations.
• Assist with fixed asset accounting and capital expenditure tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow.
• Maintain organized records in compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
