Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting and transactional services for assigned clients.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, cash disbursements, payroll-related accounting, and GL activities.
• Prepare and record journal entries and assist with account classifications.
• Prepare bank, credit card, balance sheet, and other account reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.
• Assist with preparing financial statements in accordance with GAAP or other standards.
• Assist with client communications and meetings, providing support as needed.
