Integrity Environmental Solutions seeks a Staff Accountant for an in-person, full-time role in Richmond, VA. You will handle high-volume AP, AR, tax compliance, bank reconciliations, and month-end close while collaborating with departments to maintain accurate financial records.

The position targets early career professionals with a Bachelor's in accounting/finance and strong Excel, analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of accounting experience; travel occasionally.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in both AP and AR and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process high-volume accounts payable including coding, data entry, and three-way matching.
• Post customer payments, maintain accurate accounts receivable records, and resolve billing disputes.
• Assist with sales and use tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Upload and reconcile daily bank statements and support month-end close.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve accounting issues.
