Job summary

Atrium in Coconut Grove, FL is hiring a Junior Accountant to join the Accounting team and support daily accounting tasks, reconciliations, AP, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 2 years of accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and Excel proficiency. A US bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required. This on-site role offers competitive benefits.

Salary/Hourly Rate

$60k - $70k plus Discretionary bonus

Position Overview

The Junior Accountant will support the Accounting team with day-to-day accounting functions, reconciliations, accounts payable, and general financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of accounting-related experience and a strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities Of The Junior Accountant

• Assist with accounts payable, invoice processing, and general accounting activities.

• Assist with journal entries and maintaining accurate General Ledger records.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting activities.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
