Natural Wireless in South Hackensack, NJ, is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This role offers growth in a dynamic, expanding company and exposure to end-to-end accounting processes.

You will prepare invoices, manage payables and receivables, assist with monthly closings, and support tax preparation while working under the Director of Finance. A bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience with Excel and QuickBooks are expected; a detail-oriented, organized

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships considered).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue customer invoices and maintain Accounts Receivable records.
• Process Accounts Payable invoices and prepare check runs and electronic payments.
• Prepare weekly Accounts Receivable aging reports and monitor collection activities.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
• Monitor and manage the Finance Department email inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries.
• Work under the supervision of the Director of Finance.
• Assist with revenue contract administration and customer account setup.
• Assist with year-end corporate tax preparation.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.

Natural Wireless, a fast-growing Internet service provider, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to grow their career in a dynamic and expanding company.

Junior Accountant Duties
