Job summary

Natural Wireless is a fast-growing Internet service provider seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance team in South Hackensack, NJ. This role offers growth potential within a dynamic and expanding company.

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience). Type: Full time. Location: South Hackensack, NJ. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 1–2 years of accounting experience, with strong Excel and QuickBooks skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships considered).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records;
• Process Accounts Payable invoices and prepare check runs and electronic payments;
• Prepare weekly Accounts Receivable aging reports and monitor collection activities;
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes;
• Monitor and manage the Finance Department email inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries;
• Work under the supervision of the Director of Finance;
• Assist with revenue contract administration and customer account setup;
• Assist with year-end corporate tax preparation;
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
