• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll allocations, and bank reconciliations.
• Support general ledger activities and ensure accurate coding of expenses and capital expenditures across multiple entities.
• Record and monitor reserve deposits, withdrawals, and escrow-related transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with tenant accounting, including rent postings, management fee billing, collections tracking, and utility/tax-related transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing activities.
