Job summary

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with salary between $50,000 and $55,000 per year. Experience in manufacturing or dietary supplements is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, project coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing, dietary supplement, or CPG experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with customer accounts and daily operations.
• Process purchase orders and customer documentation.
• Track orders, prepare reports, and maintain account records.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, QA, Packaging, and Logistics.
• Monitor open orders and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare quotes, spreadsheets, presentations, and customer documentation.
• Participate in customer meetings and account management activities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on presentations and sales materials.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales department.
• Learn internal processes and develop into a full Account Executive role.
