Job summary

KLMV Group is seeking an Entry-Level Account Executive to build experience in sales, account management, and business development. You will work directly with customers, receive hands-on training, and support client acquisition and relationships in a structured, growth-oriented environment.

No prior sales experience is required; we value dependability, eagerness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a customer-facing setting. Training will cover sales processes and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional and dependable.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in person.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching and feedback.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is helpful but not required.
