Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and campus involvement.
• Positive references from two previous employers.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

Events

• Approximate length - 6 months
• 6-week rotation through various department of the hotel
• 18-week concentration in Events

The Events Corporate Management Training Program provides a comprehensive, rotational training schedule for individuals with an interest in the Event Planning and Event Sales function of hospitality, specifically those who ultimately wish to pursue Associate Director and Director of Events positions within the hotel. The training program will include a rotational schedule through Engineering, Finance, Food & Beverage, Human Resources and Sales in addition to the concentration spent directly in the Events departments. Trainees will complete Guest Relations training, Events and Sales training, function book, and computer skills training.

The salary range for this position is $51,800.00-$74,300.00. The final salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and the geographic location where the work will be performed. Compensation will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local wage requirements, including applicable minimum wage requirements.
