Job summary

Mother's Market is seeking a Juice Bar Server to craft juices and smoothies with care, delivering friendly service in a clean, welcoming juice bar environment. You will operate juicers, follow recipes, and assist customers with product recommendations, while maintaining food safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes customer service, fast-paced multitasking, and adherence to sanitation standards in a retail food setting. Weekend availability is required to support a busy juice bar operation.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knife skills and comfort prepping produce.
• Able to read, understand, and follow recipes in English.
• Verbal proficiency in English (reading and writing at a basic level).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and provide excellent service.
• Prep fruits and vegetables continuously for fresh juice and smoothie orders.
• Follow established recipes and accommodate custom beverage requests.
• Operate electric juicers and other food prep equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist customers with questions and product recommendations.
• Complete customer orders quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized juice bar area.
• Follow all food handling and sanitation procedures per local and federal regulations.
• Support deli operations as needed.
• Operate a cash register and handle transactions when required.

Hourly Pay: $18.42 - $18.50

What You'll Do

Experience & Skills:

• Move stock from storage to prep and service areas
• Handle sharp tools and kitchen equipment safely

Schedule Requirements

• Flexible availability required, including weekends and varying shifts
