Job summary

Mother’s Market & Kitchen in Irvine, CA is seeking a friendly Juice Bar Server to craft juices and smoothies, deliver excellent service, and keep the bar welcoming. The role offers an hourly pay range and benefits, with opportunities to grow in a wellness-focused team.

You’ll follow recipes, prep produce, operate juicers, handle orders and payments, and ensure cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling and weekend shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knife skills and comfort prepping produce.
• Able to read, understand, and follow recipes in English.
• Verbal proficiency in English (reading and writing at a basic level).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and provide excellent service
• Prep fruits and vegetables continuously for fresh juice and smoothie orders
• Follow established recipes and accommodate custom beverage requests
• Operate electric juicers and other food prep equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist customers with questions and product recommendations
• Complete customer orders quickly and accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized juice bar area
• Follow all food handling and sanitation procedures per local and federal regulations
• Support deli operations as needed
• Operate a cash register and handle transactions when required

Hourly Pay: $16.90 – $18.50

What You’ll Do

• Handle sharp tools and kitchen equipment safely

Schedule Requirements

• Flexible availability required, including weekends and varying shifts
