Job summary

Mother’s Market & Kitchen in Laguna Woods, CA is seeking a Juice Bar Server to craft juices and smoothies and deliver friendly, efficient service. You will keep the bar clean and inviting, follow recipes, and assist customers with product recommendations while maintaining high sanitation standards.

You’ll operate juicers, handle transactions when needed, and support deli tasks as required. Flexible weekends and shifts are expected; basic English literacy and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knife skills and comfort prepping produce.
• Able to read, understand, and follow recipes in English.
• Verbal proficiency in English (reading and writing at a basic level).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and provide excellent service.
• Prep fruits and vegetables continuously for fresh juice and smoothie orders.
• Follow established recipes and accommodate custom beverage requests.
• Operate electric juicers and other food prep equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist customers with questions and product recommendations.
• Complete customer orders quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized juice bar area.
• Follow all food handling and sanitation procedures per local and federal regulations.
• Support deli operations as needed.
• Operate a cash register and handle transactions when required.

Hourly Pay: $16.90 – $18.50

• Handle sharp tools and kitchen equipment safely

Schedule Requirements

• Flexible availability required, including weekends and varying shifts
