Job summary

Mother's Market & Kitchen is seeking a Juice Bar Server to craft juices and smoothies, greet customers, and maintain a clean, welcoming bar area. You will prep fruits and vegetables, follow recipes, and safely operate juicers while assisting customers with recommendations and transactions.

Flexible weekends and shifts are required; the role offers health benefits and in-store discounts as part of our staff program, supporting a healthy, wellness-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knife skills and comfort prepping produce.
• Able to read, understand, and follow recipes in English.
• Verbal proficiency in English (reading and writing at a basic level).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and provide excellent service
• Prep fruits and vegetables continuously for fresh juice and smoothie orders
• Follow established recipes and accommodate custom beverage requests
• Operate electric juicers and other food prep equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist customers with questions and product recommendations
• Complete customer orders quickly and accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized juice bar area
• Follow all food handling and sanitation procedures per local and federal regulations
• Support deli operations as needed
• Operate a cash register and handle transactions when required
