Qualifications

• Two years of experience in court case processing or related fields such as advanced customer service, data processing, or banking/financial experience.
• Typing certification may be required with a score of at least 35 net words per minute.
• Experience substitution: extra education may substitute for up to one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Open, docket, and close cases using the case management system.
• Provide general procedural information to the public without giving legal advice.
• Process, maintain, and distribute documents and files.
• Balance and reconcile daily cash receipts and prepare bank deposits.
• Respond to inquiries from law enforcement, legal community, and the public.
