Job summary

The Eleventh Judicial District & Magistrate Courts in Aztec, NM seek a Judicial Specialist 2. The role focuses on preparing court documents, handling case processing, and providing high-level customer service in a busy court environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in court case processing or related field.
• Typing proficiency of at least 35 net WPM mandatory.
• Typing test may be taken at NM Workforce Solutions or online.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process court documents and perform judicial procedures using the case management system.
• Administer jury functions, file court documents and receive fines, fees, restitution and bond payments.
• Balance cash receipts and reconcile daily cash receipts.
• Generate court documents, mail notices, and respond to case inquiries.
• Enter case information into the automated case management system and maintain case calendars.
