Eleventh Judicial District & Magistrate Courts in Gallup, NM seeks a Judicial Specialist 2 to perform clerical and technical duties in case processing and court operations. The role requires strong customer service, ability to work under stress, and familiarity with a case management system. Finalists undergo background checks and a typing test may be required.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Typing certification may be required with a score of 35 net WPM.
• Experience in court case processing or related fields is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Open, docket, and close cases using the case management system.
• Provide high-level customer service to the public and pro se litigants.
• Process court documents, receipts, and fees; balance cash receipts and prepare deposits.
