• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a degree in law.
• Commitment of at least two years to the position; term may be extended or become permanent if desired.

Responsabilités

• Assist Judge Carlucci with legal research, analysis of factual and legal issues, and preparation of memoranda, opinions, and orders.
• Review briefs submitted by counsel and check citations for accuracy.
• Prepare files for court proceedings and draft jury charges for civil and criminal trials.
• Track case activity and stay updated on developments in the law; assist with questions from the District Court Administrator.
