Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive legal research and review briefs and filings.
• Draft opinions, orders, adjudications, and other legal documents for Judge Gavin.
• Review pretrial briefs and submissions for completeness and prepare summaries.
• Attend hearings and trials, observe proceedings, and take detailed notes.
• Prepare research materials for cases involving en banc panels or argument court.
• Provide backup support and travel for training or case-related needs.
